In this first consultation I introduce the Bach Remedies to you, I explain how they work and how they could benefit you. We discover the current attitudes you are experiencing in order to choose the correct remedies for you. If you decide to try Bach Remedies, I mix the individualized treatment bottle with the chosen remedies (using the Original Bach® Flower Remedies) for your use and it will be given or mailed to you. 


Follow-up consultation

This consultation usually follows 3-4 weeks after using the first bottle. We will discuss how you have responded to the treatment and whether we need to alter the composition of your treatment bottle. The amended bottle will be given or mailed to you.
